Scope of the Service

milval. is a collaboration platform that brings brands and content creators together. Campaign creation, applications, content delivery and payment all run through the platform.

Account and Membership

You are required to provide accurate and current information when opening an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for actions taken through it. People under 18 may not use the platform without parental consent.

Content and Intellectual Property

Unless the relevant campaign agreement states otherwise, the intellectual property of the content you produce remains yours. For content delivered as part of a campaign, the brand receives the usage licence defined in the agreement.

• Content that infringes copyright or is misleading or unlawful may not be uploaded
• Bypassing the commission through off-platform agreements is prohibited
• Fake engagement, bot followers and similar manipulation lead to account closure

Payments and Commission

On paid collaborations, payment is made through the platform once the brand approves the content. milval. charges the published commission rate for its intermediary service.

Limitation of Liability

milval. does not guarantee the outcome of a collaboration between the parties. The platform is provided 'as is'; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not warranted.
